Berth mooring rates

Imperial Wharf Marina’s berths are available for short and long stays, strictly by appointment only.

We’re ideally placed for vessels stopping over while travelling through London, whether from the Upper Thames or heading west, as well as for those seeking a long-term mooring.

Following our 2026 extension, we now offer more than a kilometre of mooring space across our original and newly built pontoons, with berths on the new pontoons currently available to book.

Mooring rates are based on minimum length overall (LOA) and are available on application.

  • Short-term/visitor moorings: Price on application
  • Long-term mooring contracts: Price on application
  • Electricity: Price on application

Conditions of mooring

  • Maximum LOA – 35 metres
  • Maximum draft – 2 metres.
  • Vessels must be able to take the ground on spring ebbs, and on particular berths within the facility.
  • A current photograph of the vessel, together with proof of third-party insurance (minimum £3 million) and a valid vessel licence, must be provided with every application.
  • Minimum of RYA Powerboat Level 2 or equivalent certificate of competency to be shown/copied.
  • For annual mooring – minimum 6 months’ fee to be paid upon arrival.
  • For 6-month mooring – full 6 months to be paid upon arrival.
  • For short stay mooring – full payment to be paid upon arrival.

Pier tariffs

Imperial Wharf Marina has a private pier available to book for embarking and disembarking passengers, serving as an ideal starting or finishing point for a cruise on the River Thames in London.

There are excellent transport links to and from the marina, and plenty of places nearby for guests to meet for drinks on the riverside before embarking.

Beyond passenger transfers, our pier is also available for use by cutters taking part in traditional Thames rowing events, and as a location for film and television production.

The pier is available for commercial craft, passenger vessels, and private boats, with a call at the pier providing a 15-minute window alongside for embarking or disembarking passengers.
